Class Description
Private lessons are the best way to learn music quickly and correctly. You and your goals are your instructor’s sole focus. Working one-one with one of our instructors will help you learn music faster, have fun and build confidence. Learning new skills is difficult and it is easy to get lost in the multitude of information available from CD’s, books, DVD’s, the internet and other sources.
Your instructor will help you develop learning and problem solving strategies and help you find and utilize information correctly to achieve your desired goals, enabling you to overcome frustration and succeed. Good instructors encourage and challenge!

Experience versus Information
It is easy to get lost in the multitude of information available from CD’s, books, DVD’s, the internet and other sources. Your instructor will help you find and utilize information correctly to achieve your desired goals.

Learning new skills is difficult. Your instructor will help you develop learning and problem solving strategies enabling you to overcome frustration and succeed. He will be more than an instructor! Good instructors encourage and challenge!

At Main Stem Music you are part of a community of music, learners, performers and teachers. Students at every level are given numerous opportunities to perform and share individually and together. Help teach, go into the local community to perform, create a CD or DVD, or engage in other rewarding activities.
Achievement Program
Exceptional students may elect to work with their instructor within the curriculum of The Achievement Program™ by Carnegie Hall and the Royal Conservatory.
